Spelling 2009 What we are learning this week:
Words
« Reading: we will be building vocabulary and reading fluency as well as learning about how to identify the facts and details in a story. « Math: we will continue adding and subtracting three digit numbers and begin working on word problems that include addition and subtraction. « Science: we will be learning about parts in a system and how important each part is to the success of the system as a whole. « Social Studies: we will be learning about chronology by using timelines to map out a sequence of events in a story and in Study Tips ANNOUNCEMENTS history. •
Scholastic book orders will go home this week. If you would like to order books, the order forms and money will be due on Friday, October 9th.
