Last Tuesday Oakland, California became the first city in the U.S. to approve taxing marijuana. They need the money revenue. Marijuana is the top cash crop in the United States. Marijuana production in the U.S. is valued at $35.8 billion, exceeding the combined value of corn ($23.3 billion) and wheat ($7.5 billion). Republican Congressman Dean Heller is either opposed or undecided. His press releases would indicate he is opposed.
Only Shelley Berkley and Dina Titus are on record as being in support of Obama in Nevada. See the full list in support.

The insurance and pharmaceutical industries are pouring substantial sums of money in opposing change with an army of lobbyists daily bombarding members of Congress to resist change. President Obama has been asking grassroots Americans to put the pressure on their Congressional representatives to support the reform. We won’t know how it turns out until this fall.
Healthcare Reform
It is going to be up to us to express support if we get reform. That means writing to both Reid and Ensign and Heller.

The aim of the program is to encourage trading in gas-guzzling vehicles for more fuel efficient ones. It also stimulates auto sales. The government put up $1 billion to fund the program. Consumers, taking advantage of the program used that up in a week. The House, yesterday, swiftly added another $2 billion to the program to keep it going. Shelley Berkley and Dina Titus both voted for the appropriation. Republican Dean Heller voted against it. Why? Who knows? Read more.
