Experience As a Drilling Engineer for SHIV-VANI Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd. From 5th JUN. - 2008 to Present. Work On:CBM Development Project, Consortium of ONGC, MECL, SHIV-VANI, Express Drilling System Bokaro, Jharkhand, India In CBM exploration, we are using the following technology for ultimate recovery of gas: 1. Vertical Wells. 2. Horizontal and in-seam drilling wells. 3. Multilateral Drilling wells. Role– Role– • To develop well design and layout optimizing the investments and applying the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety and environmental protection. To draft drilling plan and support its execution providing engineering advice, and updating, when necessary, well design and execution plans. • To Work On Overall technical integrity of well design and execution plan. • To Work On Cost effectiveness of well design and drilling program. Responsibilities & Operations • Planning and engineering drilling operations in order to achieve technical objectives in safe, efficient and cost effective manner. • Preparing drilling programs including all information as specified in Company procedure. • Preparing estimated cost breakdown of wells to be drilled or worked over Operations follow-up. • Recommending changes in some aspects of drilling program (if necessary) to improve drilling and completion methods, techniques and speed. • Making recommendations when drilling problem occurs. • Tracking and benchmarking drilling performance and costs. • Preparing post well reports. • Carrying out special studies and reports on any aspects of drilling and completion operations as required. • Providing digital data useful to follow up well operations and produce well profile print-outs and overpressure study. To critically study these data, detect anomalies and propose corrective actions if needed. • Assisting rig site operations for specific jobs.

Other job Functions; • Completing and submitting the following reports as directed. • Pipe tally and bottom Hole Assembly logs. • Bit Record. • Making & Arrangement of BHA of whip stock and Bridge plug with MST Running. • Rotary drilling line cut-record (wire line ton mile log). • Preventive maintenance system-equipment report. Personnel: • Meet the training requirement as per the applicable training matrix. • Mentor, develop and train crew member to ensure they are competent to work their next job level. • proper and relevant communication with all personnel. • Maintain discipline onboard and ensure compliance with company and regulatory discipline procedure.
