ECLIPSE :----

When an object passes ahead of another object

then it prevents the object's light.Thus the shadow of one object to the another is known as Eclipse.

TYPES OF ECLIPSE (a)

SOLAR ECLIPSE

SOLAR ECLIPSE:-----

When the Moon comes

between Sun & Earth then the shadow of Moon falls on Earth , that's why Solar Eclipse takes place. There are three types of Solar Eclipse:---(i)

Total Solar Eclipse

(ii)

Partial Solar Eclipse

(iii) Annular Solar Eclipse

LUNAR ECLIPSE :------

When the Earth comes

between Moon & Sun and the shadow of Earth falls on Moon then Lunar Eclipse takes place.
