  April 17th : Leave for San Francisco­ Dianne & Dodie will deliver pakages of  bandages to the group at EVA ticket counters in San Francisco.   April 18th : 12:20am Leave for Vietnam­ EVA Air.BR0017   April 19th:  Arrive Tan Son Nhat Airport at 9:45am on EVA BR 395.  Fred is the leader of the group. Please make sure we have all the luggages & 8  packages of bandages.   Please make sure that these 8 packages be divided to 8 members in order to   be easily checked out at the security & custom at Tan Son Nhat Airport  (HCMC).     The group will be greeted by Saigontourist + Do & Therera Nguyen­  (0909959193­cell in Vietnam)­ Do will make arrangements for the packages  be picked up at the airport.    Tranferred to  Majestic Hotel­   Check in­ Meet the group at the lobby at 1:00pm for optional activities: lunch,  tailor shops, foot massages, walking & sightseeing.     Group dinner at …………………………………………………………­ Time:…………………

April 20th­ ­Monday:Breakfast at  Hotel­ Optional walking tours­ shopping­  11:00am check out time­ 11:30am: leave for Tan Son Nhat  airport  1:30pm: depart for PhuBai airport (Hue)­ Arrive at 2:40pm­   Tranferred to Saigon­ Morin Hotel­   3 minivans­ 2 guides­ Ms. Cam Van & Mr. Thong­ 3 drivers­Check in­   Relax­ Walking tours­    7:00pm: Group dinner at Hotel.  Discuss our plan for the next day during the dinner.

  April 21st –Tuesday­    6:00 : Breakfast at Hotel­Check out hotel­ leave luggage at hotel­  One room for luggages is available­  Bring personal carry on for one night at Sun Spa Resort­   Prepare for lunch on bus today­ (Order sandwiches from Hotel)­  7:00 : Depart for Hai Truong Daycare Center­    8:30: Dedicate Hai Truong Daycare Center­DC8­This is John Abbey’s school  with 135 students­ we will distribute gifts to students­ A short dedication  ceremony is being planned from the government.          10:00: Visit  HaiLang High School­This school year, The DOVE Fund gives 60  scholarhsips at this school ($100/scholarhsip). We plan to give 90  scholarships next school year.        11:30:Site Survey­ Hai An Medical Center­ Visit Hai An Latrines.        Lunch on bus­   Continue traveling North to Quang Binh (about 120km more)                O/N Sun Spa Resort ­    Dinner on your own­  Plan for next day

  April 22nd  –Wednesday.  7:00am: Breakfast at Hotel­ check out Hotel­  Prepare for lunch on the bus­  Visit Phong Nha cave­  Transfer back to Hue­    14:00:Visit Trung Hai elementary School­(Dave Ryerson’s school)   With 65 students­      14:45: Divide into two groups:  • Leave for site survey­ Water project for Cam An Community.(1 van)      • Leave for Hue. (2 vans)                                              Check in Hotel­ Dinner on your own­

April 23rd –Thursday 

6:00am: Breakfast at Hotel.  7:00am: Leave for Trieu Phong District, Quang Tri  9:00am: Dedicate Tra Lien Tay daycare center(Tiffin Rotary & Bob Durbin)                10:00: Visit   Dau Kenh daycare center­(Jim Taylor’s school)            Trieu Long Elementary School­            Bick Khe Nursery School­( Tom Saam)      12:00pm: Lunch with Quang Tri High School Students (Scholarships/  Computer Center). This high school was completely destroyed in 1972 by the  war. The DOVE Fund this year give 90 scholarships to 3 grades 10,11 & 12­  Each scholarship is $100.     After lunch we divide into groups:  • 14:00: Visit the construction of Trieu Trung Elementary School                              15:30 : Meet with DoFA    • 14:00: Visit Ai Tu daycare­  15:00: Trieu Phong Medical Center    • Leave for Hue (Jill Grimm)      Dinner on your own

April 24th – Friday  7:00: Breakfast at Hotel  7:45: Leave for Huong Xuan Daycare Center  8:30 Dedicate Huong Xuan Daycare Center­          10:30: Visit Quang An Daycare Center              12:00: Lunch in Hue           1:30:   Visit  Vida Resetlement Community                           Visit Hue School for the Blind                    6:00: Dinner  7:30: Hue traditional Music on boat
