We are enclosing our brochure for this unique three-day programme on TA for Interpersonal Effectiveness. While there has been growing realization that interpersonal relationship is very important for achieving organizational goals, there has been little effort by organizations to enable their managers to develop the skills of interpersonal relationship. This programme is designed to bridge this gap. Although the programme is based on the simple but profound theory of Transactional Analysis, it is designed keeping in mind the need for managers to internalize the concepts within the short duration of the training programme. The delivery will be free of jargons and intimidating theoretical digressions. The thrust of the programme is self-realisation and reinventing one’s relations with others, particularly in the context of organizational functioning. The programme will be highly practical with hands-on exercises and group discussions. We are sure that you will find the programme useful to your managers. We are enclosing the nomination form.
