Idea central (Main Idea)

La industria del automóvil en Malasia tiene como objetivo convertirse en una industria de clase mundial basada en los diversos y tremendos iniciativas tomadas por el gobierno. Es por eso que, integrando la calidad, seguridad y sistemas de gestión ambiental, el rendimiento de organización mejorará tremendamente debido a la alta compromiso necesario para implementar este sistema de integración, por lo tanto, las ideas de integrar estos tres sistemas de gestión se han vuelto más popular y se ve como la mejor manera para lograr mejoras continuas dentro de una organización.

(The automobile industry in Malaysia aims to become a world-class industry based on the various and tremendous initiatives taken by the government. That is why, integrating quality, safety and environmental management systems, organizational performance will improve tremendously due to the high commitment required to implement this integration system, therefore, the ideas of integrating these three management systems have been become more popular and is seen as the best way to achieve continuous improvements within an organization.)



Ideas Secundarias (Secondary ideas)  Como tal, una implementación de una gestión integrada sistema debe ser enfatizado para poder afectar mejor cambio interno dentro del sector de servicios automotrices. Esto debería redefinir cómo la industria automotriz debería comportarse y modificar su

funcionamiento interno, y por lo tanto debe elevar la industria en nuevos niveles de estándares reconocidos mundialmente. “An implementation of an integrated management system should be emphasized in order to better affect internal change within the automotive service sector. This should redefine how the automotive industry should behave and modify its internal operations, and therefore should raise the industry to new levels of globally recognized standards.”  Un sistema de gestión se definió como "un conjunto de interrelacionados procesos organizacionales, compartiendo recursos para lograr varios objetivos organizacionales que incluyen planificación, producto / servicio actividades de realización, monitoreo y mejora. “An implementation of an integrated management system should be emphasized in order to better affect internal change within the automotive service sector. This should redefine how the automotive industry should behave and modify its internal operations, and should therefore raise the industry to new levels of globally recognized standards.”  Los factores influyentes en la implementación de este sistema de gestión integrado se discuten, así como los obstáculos establecidos relacionados con la implementación también son resaltados. Un modelo conceptual sobre la implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión dentro del servicio automotriz también se propone. Se espera que el modelo sea un guía de referencia para todas las implementaciones futuras de sistema de gestión previsto dentro del servicio en la industria automotriz. “The influential factors in the implementation of this integrated management system are discussed, as well as the established obstacles related to implementation are also highlighted. A conceptual model on the implementation of an integrated management system within the automotive service is also proposed. The model is expected to be a reference guide for all future implementations of the planned management system within the service in the automotive industry.”


