WHAT IS EXCHANGE? OUTGOING EXCHANGE (OGX) consists of sending a member/trainee of AIESEC AdMU for an internship opportunity in a company abroad

WHAT IS EXCHANGE? INCOMING EXCHANGE (ICX) consists of opening an internship position in a company in our country to provide opportunity for foreign members to develop themselves.

TYPES OF TRAINEESHIPS 1. Management Internships (MT) – they are internships around management issues. Generally they are focused on marketing, business administration, accounting, finance and human resources.

2. Development Internships (DT) – they are internships around community development issues. Generally they are focused on social sciences and voluntary work.

4. Educational Internships (ET) – they are internships in around education issues. Generally they are focused on teaching languages.
