CURRENT POSITION Community Outreach Director, Cambridge Credit Counseling Corp. (1996 to Present) RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of Cambridge's management team, I am called upon to communicate my in-depth knowledge of personal credit and finance in creative and consumer relatable ways that directly align with the mission of Cambridge. HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATIONS 

Marketing. Script and produce television and radio commercials. Efforts increased Direct Response inquiries by 1250% monthly - to date.



Budget Analysis. Collaborate with internal departments to identify cost saving measures; audit resulted in a saving to the organization in excess of $1,000,000 annually.



Public Relations. Draft and distribute informative articles alerting the public of philanthropic endeavors. Conduct media interviews as a result of these efforts.



Writing. Created a number of guidebooks and educational curricula designed to educate young people and low-income individuals about personal finance.


