The End Does Not Justify The Means Have you heard of Robin Hood? The Prince of Thieves? The saviour of the poor and the downtrodden? Well, it’s not like you’re from another planet, right? To me, Robin Hood was no different from any other thieves. He stole from the rich to give the poor. So it does not make stealing less wrong. Does the fact that he gave it to the poor makes him less a thief? I don’t think so. Why am I so harsh towards this? Because I believe that the end does not justify the means. Two wrongs do not make a right. Robin Hood goes on committing thievery to accomplish that goal of helping those in need. Then again, such thievery was done towards those who were corrupt with authority which grants leeway for on serving justice for the oppressed. Our world would become a very chaotic one once we start justifying the wrong means we use to achieve the end we want. What VALUE is the marks at School if you don’t know the work. You got good marks but you know they are not a true VALUE and they are flawed. You are unable to come up to the required bench mark set; there is no Value in what you have. As for the court, the unethical means you use can always come unstuck, as others are involved, and its them you need to worry about, there are always whistle blowers. The end justifies the hard study you have done, when you receive your recognition for the work you have done, you in yourself knows what it took to achieve this with out theft, or lies. The same goes at court, the criminal who tells the truth in court will gain more respect than the legal be gal who lies, and cheats his way through court.
For once found out he is barred from practice and the criminal, even with his faults, he never lied in the court of MAN, has respect for that. Try this, you go to Hospital and the Doctor who see's you is the one, who cheated to get his papers, and he is the one who puts you under his knife, you are welcome to him and his standard and his end justifies the means. I’m sure you happy to see such a Doctor.
Defects of Nature may be Corrected It is a sad experience for any parent to find its newborn child to have a birth defect of Cleft Lip and Palate or lacking parts of the body. It is not only the parents, but also close relatives and friends, who get alarmed about the nature and the cause of the defect and worry about future development of the child. But birth defects like Cleft Lip and Palate are obvious immediately after the birth and these can cause more psychological problems to parents. Fortunately, with the modern surgical techniques available today, most of the deformities of Cleft Lip & Palate could be reconstituted to a near normal appearance and function to make lives better. As it states “Everyone has the right to be normal”…
