Skateboarding: element of ‘play’ in the concrete jungle – the notion of moving through the city, experiencing the city through acting, performing and skateboarding.
The city a playground As cities become denser will there still be places for recreation or play? Masayuki Tajima argues that there will be plenty of opportunities for people to enjoy themselves in the concrete jungle – as long as we do not banish urban sports like skateboarding from our public places.
