O único problema que observei vem da sua licença de uso. Além de extremamente grande, está em inglês e contém termos que além de trazer confusão ao usuário, limita sua aplicação. O objetivo do usuário é o de poder exibir uma simples informação de tempo, ação que talvez esta licença de uso acabe dificultando. Para quem se interessar, reproduzi o conteúdo da licença abaixo. ("we" or "us") grants to you during the Term of this Agreement, and you accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, fully paid up, royalty free right (without any right to sublicense) to exhibit and display, solely on your World Wide Web site at the URL specified by you (the "Site"), the "Weather On Your Website Module" (the "Content") selected by you. (B) The rights granted to you are subject to the following: * You may not use the Content except as we have agreed in this Agreement and you are expressly prohibited from using the Content in any other manner, including, without limitation, from using the Content in connection with, any broadcast television, interactive television, cable television (including local, national, and regional), telephone and DSL television services, digital cable services, IPTV, RSS feed, head-end-in-the-sky satellite systems, radio, print publications, digital broadcast satellites, telematics (optimizing technology to deliver data that is relevant to transitory locations), teletext (data displayed in text or graphics on a television set), video-on-demand (a la carte and subscription services), wire-line telephone, or as all or part of any streaming video or audio content or for video delivery by any means. You are further prohibited, without limitation, from using the Content to create weather and weather-related products to be displayed on a handheld or other wireless devices (including but not limited to telephones, voice-over-IP devices, paging systems and personal digital assistants). * You must exhibit and display the Content on your Site in its entirety (without any alteration or deletion), including all credits, copyright notices, trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos which are contained on or in the Content provided to you (our "Marks"), without interruption during the Term. You will not omit, vary or otherwise change any of our Marks, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of our Marks; * You may not edit, alter, modify, delete, or prepare any derivative works of the Content; * You may not imply, directly or indirectly, including by using the Content together with content provided by you or others, that we provide, endorse, sponsor, certify or approve of other content included within the Site or any products or services advertised in or near the Content; * You may not resell, sublicense, retransmit or otherwise distribute any of the Content in its raw or unaltered form or format; * You may not exhibit or display near or adjacent to the Content or our Marks any content (including advertising and/or sponsorships) that is offensive to a significant portion of society; contains sexual, violent or criminal content; promotes tobacco use, alcohol use, gambling (not including government lotteries and similar government-sponsored activities), "get-rich-quick" or similar schemes; firearms, ammunition or fireworks; violates TWCi policies; or is false or misleading or otherwise violates any civil or criminal law; * We will have the right to review and approve the manner in which the Content is displayed on the Site. 2. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Competing Weather Service" means any party whose primary line of business consists of the production, distribution or display of weather or weather related information. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Person" shall mean any individual, partnership, corporation, business unit, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, joint venture or other entity. 4. Ownership. (A) You understand and agree that, as between us and you, we are the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Content, including all copyrights therein, and our Marks. All uses of the Marks shall inure to our benefit. Once this Agreement has been terminated, you will delete from the Site and discontinue use of the Marks. You disclaim any right, title or interest in or to the Marks and will not take any action to create a unitary composite mark. You agree not to do anything contesting or impairing our rights in and to the Marks. (B) You transfer, convey and assign to us, and agree to cause your officers, directors, employees and agents to transfer, convey and assign to us, all right, title and interest in or to any and all intellectual property in which you acquire an interest which, under this Agreement, is owned by us. You also agree to execute and to cause your officers, directors, employees and agents to execute any documents that we may request for the purpose of evidencing, enforcing, registering or defending our ownership of that intellectual property. 5. Indemnification. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates against any claim, suit, demand, cause of action, loss, expense, cost or damage (including attorneys' fees) arising out of any claim by third parties relating to the Site including any claim by a third party or you with respect to advertising sold by you. 6. No Warranty. THE CONTENT AND ALL INFORMATION AND FORECASTS INCLUDED WITHIN THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, NATURE OR DESCRIPTION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT, ANY WARRANTY THAT THE CONTENT IS ERROR FREE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, AND WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH US RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE CONTENT SHALL BE REMOVAL OF THE CONTENT FROM YOUR SITE. IF A COURT AWARDS DIRECT DAMAGES DESPITE THE FOREGOING, SUCH DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF $5.00 OR ANY AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. (B) SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTIONS 6 AND 7 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 8. Termination. (A) Either we or you may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party upon the happening of any of the following events: (i) on ten (10) business days notice at any time; (ii) immediately, if the other party materially breaches this Agreement; or (iii) immediately, if a petition for relief under any bankruptcy legislation is filed by or against the other party or the other party makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors or receiver is appointed for all or substantially all of the other party's assets. (B) We may immediately terminate this Agreement upon written notice to you if you merge with or into, consolidate with, sell more than 50% of your assets or ownership interest to, or purchase more than 50% of the assets of, or ownership interest in, a Competing Weather Service. (C) The provisions of Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14 and 16 will survive the termination of this Agreement. 9. Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. 10. Promotion. You shall not make any public announcement regarding the existence or content of this Agreement without our prior written approval and consent. You agree that you shall not acquire any right to use and shall not use, our name, our Marks, or our subsidiary, related or affiliated company names or Marks (either alone or in conjunction with or as part of any other word or name) or any fanciful characters, or designs of any related, affiliated or subsidiary companies in any advertising, publicity, promotion, press release or customer list unless the text of such release has been approved in advance by us. 11. Notices. All notices to us hereunder must be in writing and mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, or by prepaid courier service, addressed to EVP & GM, The Weather Channel Interactive, Inc., 300 Interstate North Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339-2403, with a copy to our General Counsel at the same address. All notices to you hereunder must be in writing to your physical address provided by you in registering with us or your electronic mail address provided by you in registering with us, unless otherwise designated by the parties.

This Agreement is intended solely as a license agreement, and no partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, franchise, or other form of agreement or relationship is intended. 13. Governing Law. The validity and effect of this Agreement will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its rules of conflicts of law. All claims relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the state courts located in Cobb County, Georgia or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts stated in this section and hereby waives any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it. 14. Miscellaneous. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement cannot be modified or terminated orally, and no modifications to this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and duly executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of this Agreement be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement or interruption of service resulting from acts of God, civil or military authority, war, labor disputes, materials provided by third parties, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the party whose rights are being waived. No waiver by us of any provision hereof shall constitute a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach thereof or of any other provision of this Agreement. 15. Amendment. We may, in our sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove portions of this license, or the Content at any time. We may notify you of any such changes by posting notice of such changes on our website www.weather.com or sending notice via e-mail, postal mail or other means. Your continued use of the Content following notice of such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to any such modification, you must immediately stop using the Content. 16. Export Controls. The content and any underlying technology may not be exported outside the United States in a manner that is prohibited by applicable export laws and regulations. By downloading or using the Content outside the United States of America, you assume responsibility for compliance with the foregoing.
