Teen Graffiti Art Program

째Wed., June 10 from 6 – 7pm @ Hoke Library째 Please join us to discover our local Treasure Coast Chapter of Surfrider Foundation and see what you can do to help protect our local beaches. Bring your friends and see what our local surfers have in store for you! Sponsored by The Friends of the Hoke Library and the Treasure Coast Chapter of Surfrider Foundation.

Knitting and Crochet Club 째Saturdays, June 13 & 27 July 11 & 25 • August 8 from 3 – 4pm @ Blake Library in the Exploration Lab째 Learn basic knitting and crochet stitches to make your own creation. All levels of skill welcome…beginners to advanced. All materials will be supplied by the library.

From cave paintings to graffiti letters, artists have been leaving their mark on walls for centuries. Now it's your turn to paint the "walls" at the library. As part of the teen art graffiti mural project, you'll develop your own style using black lines and neon colors. Blend colors to create overlapping letters and hip hop figures that pop off the wall. You'll fill your own panel with art words and themes to display individually or as part of a larger piece. Pre-registration required. Sign up at the Hobe Sound Public Library or call 320-3035.
