Ruben will provide a list of ministries and their point of contact. Due by 4/12/09 Once we get the ministry list, we will assign an email address. Due by 4/25/09 Frank to have a demo of the website and suggest improvements. To be held @ Mike B. home, Due by May 09’ We will look into (Texting, Blog, mass emails). Due by June 09’ We will survey the congregation on how many have internet access. Due by May 09’ We will provide classes on (Power point, Invitations, Word documents, Website walk through). Due by (TBD) Tech ministry – in care of Sound system, Bulletin, Website, Power point for Praise & Worship. Need to spread the load and mentor others. Frank Silva is point person for this ministry.
