Return Policy •
Items without RA # will be returned at the customer’s expense. All items must be returned within 60 days after RA # is issued. • RA # will not be issued unless a repair PO # is supplied. • Sample returns will not be accepted after the 30 day trial. • All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. • Items must be in new, condition and in the original package. • Stock returns must first be inspected and approved. • Credit returns will not be issued without given reason for the return Defective items will be forwarded to the manufacturer for their review. If an item is found to be defective, within the warranty period, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge. If the factory determines that the item has been damaged by the customer, you will be notified and billed for the cost of the repair. On out of warranty repairs there will be a $100.00 fee per unit, should you decide not to accept the quote to repair the item. •
