Notes taken by anyone in the SOC, in contact with the hijacked flights or in contact with the FAA on 9-11. 5. Obtain phone number and contact information for Michael Woodward. 6. The average passenger load for AAL 11 and AAL 77. 15. Phone log (or bill) itemizing the incoming and outgoing calls from all phones in the SOC. 16. The desk of the Operations Manager on the floor (Marquis), the dispatcher handling the two hijacked flights (Peggy Houck); the ATC liaisons (Halleck, Marino, McDonald) Southeast Regional Reservations Office (SERO) and the Logan Flight Services Office on 9-11 (this will place the precise time of calls from the aircraft and other communications information). 17. Ask AA to contact their employees to ask anyone who was in contact with the flights or someone who had talked to a passenger aboard the flight during the hijacking to come forward. 18. AAL organizational charts pre and post 9-11. 19. Tapes and transcripts of all voice communications with AAL #11 and AAL #77.
