Subject: Saudi Post 9/11 Flights I am a member of the 9-11 Commission staff working on the issue of the post 9/11 flights taking Saudi nationals out of the U.S. We have received information that CBP, Field Operations Staff provided a listing of these individuals by date of birth, class of admission, country of citizenship, departure indicator, date of departure, port of departure, departure airline code, and flight number. This may have been provided under a FOIA request. We are trying to clear up a number of questions concerning these flights. We would like to receive this information together with the names and passport numbers of the passengers to complete our work. Please give me a call at 202-358-3253. Thank you for your cooperation.
