Subject; FW: A minor visa question Tom, here's What igot back on this case. Have a great holiday weekend. Woody

Per below, don't think we have anything on the person you are looking for, and we would not have had a record of a 214b refusal that far back.

CSD did hamechecks with the nanie separated into given name and surname at different places, and got quite a \w hits with multiple variations of the.name. Many are under the namei \t all of the hits, h VGTO's.

\f the Riyadh refusal had been a 214b.category 2 refusal, it probably would have been purged from CLASS years

ago. With a refusal date of 1987 or 1989, that would have been processed on the legacy version of CLASS. I doubt if the recokd ever existed in CLASS.-E, so I'm .not sure that asking the database administrator to search the DB2 logs would be productive. Please let me know if you want any more research done.

Tom, What is the actual last name? Couldn't find anything with variations. Original Message From: Tom Eldridge [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, June 29, 2004 12:30 PM

Woody Any chance you could check whether an individual named! I -\ DOB: Mar. 12,1971 (approx.), applied for a US student visa in Riyadh sometime between1987 and 1989 and was denied? If anything turns up, we could send a more formal request. Thanks. -Tom
