ANTECEDENTES PRIMERO: En fecha 12 de Noviembre de 2001 se acordo la detention de IMAD EDDIN BARAKAT YARKAS, OUSAMA DARRA, NAJIB CHAIB MOHAMED, SAID CHEDADI, JASEM MAHBOULE, MOHAMED ZAHER ASADE, MOHAMED NEEDL ACAID, BASAM DALATI SATUT, MOHAMED CALEB KALAJE, LUIS JOSE GALAN GONZALEZ, MOHAMED ARABI SEHIMI, AMAD BAGHAD MARDINI, MOURAD KADDAR y AMER AZIZI posteriormente, en fecha 18-11-01 se acordo la prision provisional de IMAD EDDIN BARAKAT YARKAS, OUSAMA DARRA, JASEM MAHBOULE, MOHAMED NEEDL ACAID, MOHAMED ZAHER ASADE, BASAM DALATI SATUT, LUIS JOSE GALAN GONZALEZ, SAID CHEDADI, que fueron ingresados en prisidn el mismo dia, asi como de ANWAR ADNAN MOHAMED SALHE (a) CHEJ SALAH 6 ABU SALHE, NAJIB CHAIB MOHAMED, AMER AZIZI, SID AHMED BOUDJELLA y MOURAD KADDAR, de los cuales se acordo su busca y captura nacional e international a efectos de extradition. Con fecha 19-01-02 fue detenido NAJIB CHAIB MOHAMED y el 21 del mismo mes se decreto su prision. Ei 11-3-02 fue detenido SID AHMED BOUDJELLA y puesto en libertad el 18-3-02.
