I appreciate the Hilton Hotels Corporation's ("Hilton") renewed efforts to comply with the subpoena dated December 5, 2003 that was issued by the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States ("Commission"). If this understanding is inaccurate, please contact me immediately. Thank you again for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, at (202) 331-4368, or Dieter Snell, at (202) 331-4068. Sincerely,
