Dear Mr. De: Per our conversation of yesterday, attached you will find copies of the guest folios for Sajd Abdullah and Said Abdallah from January 13, 2000, through January 16, 2000, from the Kilton Los Angeles Airport regarding the above entitled matter. As di.scussed on yesterday, the hotel will require additional time to produce a print out of all checkout folios for the hotel from January 4, 2000, through January 3 1 , 2000. The hote1. is not on an upgraded database that allows them to print extensive reports in less tin e. With the current events and activities scheduled at the hotel for the New Year, we are requesting additional time to get the above-reference report to you. We would like an extension of time up to an including January 7, 2004, to generate the response. If you would like to discuss this matter further or have additional questions, please give me a call. SUBPOENA To Hilton Hotels Corporation, Greeting: Pursuant to lawful authority, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to produce no later than December 12, 2003, at the offices of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, 301 7th Street, S.W., Room 5125, Washington, D.C., or at a mutually agreed location, the books, records, correspondence, memoranda, papers, and documents set forth in Attachment A. Any contumacy or failure to obey this subpoena may subject you to sanctions and penalties provided by law. This subpoena to be served by any member of the staff of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States.
