Message from KAWAYAN: To all HS parents: Greetings from the High School Yearbook, Kawayan Print! Annual student photographs for the yearbook are being taken during the week of November 9-13, 2009 for Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors, and November 7 &14 for Seniors; as it is our priority that all students take their photographs on that week, please remind your children to take their pictures. Freshmen and sophomores will take theirs during class, juniors have specific times during their breaks/lunch/after school depending on their homeroom, and information for seniors is outlined below. If your child was absent for the day they were assigned, please remind them to go in their own free time on one of the dates mentioned above because there will likely be no other picture dates in the future. We would also like to inform you that printing packages of yearbook pictures from professional photographer Tino Ley will be available for order. Attached is the information regarding these packets, which were distributed to all students in homeroom, as so you can get an idea as to what packets you may want to order. Please feel free to do so! Your child must bring their order package with the payment on the day of their picture taking. Information for parents of Seniors: • Seniors' photos will be taken on a Satuday, Nov. 7 & 14, during the time slot that your child signed up for. Their time slot is between 9 am and 3 pm so if it is the case that your child forgot to sign up, they must come between 9 am and 3 pm. • Venue: Changing room beside the AMR • Attire for Girls is a strapless top or tube top (off-shoulder) • Attire for Boys is a dark suit (coat and tie) • There will be a free make-up and hair service; however, students must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time slot. • IMPORTANT: Order packets are required for seniors this year. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us through our email at
