STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (S.O.P.) FOR APARTMENT BUILDING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.

STEP: 1 BEFORE SIGNING THE LAND PREPARATION OF CONCEPTUAL DRAWINGS FOR THE LAND OWNER(S) INCLUDING: 1) FLOOR PLANS AND GROUND FLOOR PLAN FOR REGULAR PROJECTS *** 3D ANIMATED VIEW FOR THE POTENTIAL PROJECTS. STEP: 2 AFTER SIGNING THE LAND 1) LAND DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUPPLIED TO: A) CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT B) LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT C) ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. 2) ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT SHOULD FOLLOW UP A) DIGITAL SURVEY. B) SOIL TEST. TIME FRAME: 2 WEEKS 3) FINALIZATION OF CONCEPTUAL DRAWINGS SHOULD BE DONE AND PROPERLY SIGNED IN ASSOCIATION WITH: A) B) C) D)

CHIEF ARCHITECT STRUCTURE ENGINEER. MARKETING DEPARTMENT (AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE) LAND OWNER. (AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE)TIME FRAME: 2 WEEKS

THESE FINAL DRAWINGS WOULD BE CALLED: MARKETING DRAWINGS, HEREINAFTER. INCLUDING: E) FLOOR PLANS AND F) GROUND FLOOR PLAN G) ROOF PLAN 4)

PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF: RAJUK DRAWINGS. TIME FRAME: 2 WEEKS 5) PREPARATION OF: TENTATIVE COST ANALYSIS. TIME FRAME: 2 WEEKS *** MARKETING CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. *** SITE PREPARATION AND UTILITY (LOGISTIC WORK) CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. STEP: 3 AFTER SIGNING THE MARKETING DRAWINGS A) 3D PERSPECTIVE VIEW SHOULD BE DONE BY ARCHITECTURAL DEPT. B) STRUCTURE DRAWINGS (UP TO GL) WITH MATERIAL ESTIMATION; SHOULD BE DONE, BY ENGINEERING DEPT. TIME FRAME: 3 WEEKS STEP: 4 A) CORRECTED FINAL MARKETING PLANS, SHOULD BE DONE, BY ARCHITECTURAL DEPT. (IF NEEDED) NOTIFICATION TO: 1) ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT FOR ANY CHANGES IN STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. 2) MARKETING DEPARTMENT FOR ANY CHANGES IN SQFT. B) PREPARATION OF: BROCHURE DESIGN. (IF NEEDED) TIME FRAME: 1 WEEK *** FOUNDATION WORK IN THE FIELD CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. STEP: 5 1) PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ARCHITECTURAL WORKING DRAWINGS BY ARCHITECTURAL DEPT; TO: A) ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.( CONSULTANTS) B) PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR. TIME FRAME: 3 WEEKS STEP: 6 A) SUBMISSION OF: STRUCTURE DRAWINGS. B) SUBMISSION OF: ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING DRAWINGS.

C) SUBMISSION OF: DETAIL COSTING AND SPECIFICATIONS AND WORK SCHEDULE. TO: PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR.

TIME FRAME: 3 WEEKS

*** FULL FLEDGED PROJECT OPERATION CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. (FOLLOWING THE WORK SCHEDULE) *** IN CASE OF POTENTIAL PROJECTS DRAWINGS CAN BE DOUBLE CHECKED BY OUT HOUSE.

STEP: 7 AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PROJECTS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF AS BUILD DRAWINGS TO: A) PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR. B) RAJUK AND C) FLAT OWNERS.
