PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF: RAJUK DRAWINGS. TIME FRAME: 2 WEEKS 5) PREPARATION OF: TENTATIVE COST ANALYSIS. TIME FRAME: 2 WEEKS *** MARKETING CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. *** SITE PREPARATION AND UTILITY (LOGISTIC WORK) CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. STEP: 3 AFTER SIGNING THE MARKETING DRAWINGS A) 3D PERSPECTIVE VIEW SHOULD BE DONE BY ARCHITECTURAL DEPT. B) STRUCTURE DRAWINGS (UP TO GL) WITH MATERIAL ESTIMATION; SHOULD BE DONE, BY ENGINEERING DEPT. TIME FRAME: 3 WEEKS STEP: 4 A) CORRECTED FINAL MARKETING PLANS, SHOULD BE DONE, BY ARCHITECTURAL DEPT. (IF NEEDED) NOTIFICATION TO: 1) ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT FOR ANY CHANGES IN STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. 2) MARKETING DEPARTMENT FOR ANY CHANGES IN SQFT. B) PREPARATION OF: BROCHURE DESIGN. (IF NEEDED) TIME FRAME: 1 WEEK *** FOUNDATION WORK IN THE FIELD CAN BE STARTED HEREINAFTER. STEP: 5 1) PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ARCHITECTURAL WORKING DRAWINGS BY ARCHITECTURAL DEPT; TO: A) ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.( CONSULTANTS) B) PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR. C) SUBMISSION OF: DETAIL COSTING AND SPECIFICATIONS AND WORK SCHEDULE. TO: PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR.
