Gala Stall App

Beighton Gala Saturday 18th July 2009. STALL APPLICATION Yes it’s that time of year again. Applications are invited from any organisation, individual or business wishing to have a stall on the Funday Field. The cost is £20 per pitch payable on application (cheques made payable to Beighton Funday). As usual there is no charge for charity organisations. Please note the following:☺ ☺ ☺

Pitches are approx 10 feet wide. Stall holders are responsible for keeping the area around their pitch tidy and for ensuring that on leaving their area is cleared of rubbish. Whilst duplication is inevitable we try and keep this to a minimum. We want everyone to have a successful afternoon financially so we therefore reserve the right to refuse any type of stall if we feel that we have already received sufficient applications for that type. TOO MANY TOMBOLAS AGAIN LAST YEAR!!! We reserve the right to refuse any stall that we feel it is inappropriate. Stalls must be in place by 12 noon All vehicles must be removed from the field and parked in the appropriate place by 12 noon. (subject to ground conditions on the day.) Stall holders must provide their own equipment - there will be no tables/chairs available to borrow on the day.
