The choir members and their teachers picked up on the fact that several of the kids had been victims of bullying, racial harassment or exclusion, they are also growing up in a time when war and conflict are splashed all over their television sets, games and toys and the covers of newspapers. They looked at times of conflict and realised that this was far from the first. They looked at solutions that had been found in the past and ways that people have found to avoid conflict through examining their own behaviour and upholding human rights. They have also looked at green issues and used their songs to make their contribution to a greener and fairer way of life.
