STACKING UNIT Option for Saw line

DESCRIPTION

Stacking unit type STACK-(05 - 10) for stacking cut lumber/timber into packages on a lift. Maximal pack width 800 mm, pack height 900 mm when the lift is embedded in the floor. Unit with pusher and swords mounted in out feed bench. (Out feed bench is not included). Feeding device fitted with brake and reversible movement for straight ended packs. Automatic working

cycle for feeding and push out device. After cutting the lumber/timber is fed forward until it trips a light sensor it is then pushed onto the swords. When the correct number of pieces for the pack width are on the swords they retract to drop this layer onto the pack, the lift table drops to the new height and the swords extend to collect the next layer of pieces.
