CAFOD FAMILY FAST DAY If you missed last week’s collection, it’s not too late to put it in the collection baskets this week. If you would like to continue giving each Friday just take a pack of envelopes from the porch, put your details on a slip in your first offering, and you will receive envelopes annually . A “DAY OF RECOLLECTION” has been arranged by the KSC for Lent at Woodbridge [St. Thomas] for Saturday 21st March starting 9.30 for 10am and finishing with Benediction approx 3.30pm. Cost £5 please bring packed lunch ,tea/coffee provided. Father Ian Rudkin will be talking about “The Paschal mysteries in Icons” relating to the Passion, Death and Resurrection of the Lord. ALL ARE WELCOME

IPSWICH BACH CHOIR J S BACH ST JOHN PASSION TO BE PERFORMED ST ST ANDREW’S CHURCH, FELIXSTOWE 4TH APRIL, 2009, 7pm POSTER IN ST FELIX PORCH WITH FURTHER DETAILS

EVERY FRIDAY MASS NOON HUNGER LUNCH 12.30 [EXCEPT 20TH] STATIONS OF THE CROSS & BENEDICTION 7PM. SERVICE OF RECONCILIATION 7.30PM THURSDAY APRIL 2ND DETAILS OF THE COACH TO THE CHRISM MASS AND HOLY WEEK SERVICES WILL BE PUBLISHED LATER .

ST ALBAN’S AND FRIENDS CHOIR AND ORCHESTRA will be presenting their 7th annual concert at 730pm on Saturday 28th March at St John’s Church, Cauldwell Hall Road, lpswich. This year the programme will include Schuberts Mass in C and Faure’s Pavane and Requiem. The concert will be given in memory of two teachers from St Alban’s who died during the past year. Tickets, priced at £6 for adults and £1 for students, will be available at the door and after expenses, a donation will be given to Macmillan Cancer Support.

LENT AT THE CONVENT SUNDAYS: Exposition and Evening Prayer at 4.30pm THURSDAYS: Holy Hour & Exposition at 4.30pm FRIDAYS: Stations of the Cross at 4.45pm ALL ARE VERY WELCOME

NEXT WEEK the hall floor will be renovated and we need to remove all the chairs after 9am Mass this Sunday .Would all fit bodies please lend a hand. The hall will be closed so no Hunger Lunch on Friday; have one at home and keep your savings for the following week !!!!

PASSOVER SUPPER

VINCENTIAN VOLUNTEERS a positive opportunity for young people (18-30 ) to have a challenging experience in serving vulnerable people, and living in a community with other like-minded volunteers.
