Sports Package Value Proposition The value proposition is designed to create a hype in the market especially with Zain’s Sports Sports Package Value Proposition With Zain Sports Package, customer will be able to get 40% discount on all local calls during the days his/her team plays, as he/she should choose a favorite team among the twelve teams competing in Zain Saudi League and enjoy supporting their team. When the customer favorite team wins, you will get 20 minutes free until the end of the next day of the game. Not only that, customer will have the chance to support his/her favorite team while in the stadium during any Zain Saudi league matches and get 50% discount on all local calls.

How the customer chooses his/her favorite team The system would recognize one of the three options in choosing the customers favorite team. Choosing a favorite team After activating the line, customer will have the option to choose his/her favorite team from the twelve teams competing for the Zain Saudi League title. The customer should send an SMS of his/her favorite team name to the number 700100, he/she will receive a confirmation message and then the journey with his/her favorite team starts.

The list of key words (Club Names) can be used by the customer, the system would recognize one of the three options available in choosing customers favorite team. The Customer will have the option to change his favorite team – only through 959. The Call Center Agent will delete the existing team and give the customer the option to re choose his favorite team. Club Changing Fee is 10 SAR 3

Subscribing to the Sports Content Exclusively to this package customers can enjoy FREE sports content of Zain Saudi League, English Premier League, and the Italian Serie A. Customer can subscribe to this service by sending an SMS of the name of the league to 700202 numbers. Example: write the word “Saudi” and send to 700202 and follow the instructions.
