Section A: Directed Writing [35 marks] You are advised to spend about 45 minutes on this section. Question 1 You are a member of the Cooperative Shop of your school. You feel dissatisfied with the quality of service rendered by the shop. As one of the shareholders, you would like to write a report to the principal on the issues which you feel should be addressed immediately. Below are the issues you would like to raise and suggestions on how to deal with them. Issues:     
