Bacungan, Puerto Princesa City Palawan hereby appoint, constitute and name CRS PDRNS, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Bgy. Sta Monica, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my behalf, place and stead to do any or all of the following acts, to wit: 1. To look for, negotiate and use as collateral my parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 0000 described as Lot 26-A (LRC) Psd-1111111 located in Bgy. Puerto Princesa City, Palawan with an area of Twenty Five Thousand (25,000) Square Meters, in order to obtain a loan from any person interested or any prospective mortgagee; 2. To sign and execute a contracts, documents, agreements and other writings of whatever nature or kind, such as, but not limited to Promissory Note, Deed of Real Estate Mortgage, Loan Agreement and all other documents related to the application of loan and mortgage; 3. To receive on my behalf the proceeds of the said loan either in cash or cheque, and encash such cheque; 4. To sign, execute, deliver and submit any documents that the mortgagee is required to perform or submit in relation to said mortgage; 5. To do and perform any other acts necessary for the faithful execution of the foregoing acts and deeds. HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact has done, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
