I, MARGARITO C. BUDIONGAN, of legal age, with address at #108 Macabagdal St., cor. Urbano Plata St., Grace Park, Caloocan City, hereby appoint my daughter, MS. DAPHNE ANNE D. BUDIONGAN, likewise of legal age, with same address as aforementioned above, as my true and lawful Attorney-in- Fact to act for and in my name and stead, and to perform the following acts: 1. To request and receive all the necessary documents needed for the ownership of my parcel of land located at Lot 9, Block 111, Dream Crest Homes, Phase 5, Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan; 2. To process the ownership of the aforementioned house and lot HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform every act requisite and/or necessary to be done to carry into effect the foregoing authorities, as fully with all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-In Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of their presents.
