SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, LORENZA COLLADO TAMBOA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to John A. Tamboa and a resident of Brgy. 39, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ROSARIO R. LAMUG, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Enrique Lamug and a resident of Brgy. 39, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform the following acts and deeds:

1. to represent me in any transaction regarding my retirement papers with the PAGIBIG Office and Government Service Insurance System Office;

2. to secure and submit documents that may be required for the processing of my retirement papers to the Pag-Ibig and GSIS Office;

3. to receive all monies and checks due and owing to me representing my retirement benefits from the PAG-IBIG Office and Government Service Insurance System; 4. to encash and receive the proceeds of the said checks;

5. to receive all mail matters addressed to the undersigned ; 6.

to execute documents and instruments relative thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-infact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
