Spaghetti cu sos de rosii si ciuperci Timp de preparare: cca 1/2 ora. Cca 270 kcal/portii. Se consuma cu salata mixta. Ingrediente 250 g ciuperci champignons, mici 1 ceapa 3 l.s. unt 5-6 l.s. frunze de patrunjel, taiate marunt 500 g rosii taiate bucati (din conserva) sare piper negru macinat putin zahar 400 g spaghetti 3 l.s. parmezan proaspat ras Mod de preparare 1. Ciupercile se taie in fasii inguste. Ceapa se curata si se taie in cuburi. Ceapa, ciupercile si patrunjelul se calesc in 1+1/2 lingura de unt aproximativ 5 minute. 2. Se adauga rosiile, se condimenteaza totul cu sare, piper si zahar. Sosul se lasa 1/4 ora sa fiarba sub capac. 3. In acest timp se fierb spaghetti 10-12 minute, apoi se lasa sa se scurga, se amesteca cu restul de unt si in final cu sos. Inainte de servire se presara cu parmezan.
