FUNCTION: When the students and teachers login in software with their ID they can able to know which book they had issue and have to return. The students are able to know how many books are available and those also which are unavailable. We can issue the books to students and teachers through issue book. When students return the book and if they submit late fine will be charged. We can also know which semester books and author books are there in library.
