INTRODUCTION TO THE TOPIC

• Recruitment refers to the overall process of attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an organization • Selection of an employee is a process of choosing the applicants, who have the qualifications to fill the vacant job in an organization.

COMPANY PROFILE

• Dominos is an American pizza restaurant chain founded in 1960 • The corporation is headquartered at the Domino's Farms Office Park in Ann Arbor Michigan. • Jubilant foodworks limited is an Indian company based in Noida Uttar Pradesh. Which holds the master franchise for Domino’s Pizza in India • The company opened India's first Domino's Pizza outlet in New Delhi in 1996 • In December 2014, India became Domino's 2nd largest market • Domino's Pizza operates 1,126 stores in 264 Indian cities as on 26 October 2017. • Establish a reputation for being a home delivery specialist capable of delivering pizzas within 30 minutes or FREE

OBJECTIVE

• To understand the recruitment process followed by the company. • To the acquire a knowledge on the subject of Selection Process. • To understand the various responsibilities and duties carried out by Human Resource department. • To understand the need of recruitment in Dominos.

HYPOTHESIS

• H1 :- The Recruitment and selection process is unbiased and applicants are selected on the basis of their capabilities. • H2:- The Recruitment and selection process is biased and applicants are not selected on the basis of their capabilities.

Suggestions • The Dominos should improve the pay scale so that employee feels satisfactory with the job. • Dominos should adopt advance recruitment procedure. • Dominos should adopt better recruitment sources which are benefited to the company. • Company should organized induction programmed for conveying the message about company policies, so the employees are aware about that. • The requirement of little improvement in recruitment procedure or process at the company.
