PART IV Question 12 – 13 The Good Stepmother The old witch locked Hansel in a cage and set Gretel to clean the house. She planned to eat them both. Each night the children cried and begged the witch to let them go. This text is for questions 32-34 In the middle of a bright day, I planned to have lunch in a new restaurant. I drove along the West Road at a reasonable speed. About fifty meters before the crossroads, a pedestrian who was walking on the pavement suddenly ran across the road in front of my car. I was so surprised that I braked as hard as I could. I was really panicky but I had to swerve to avoid the pedestrians. I crashed into a car which was parked by the side of the road. Fortunately, he wasn’t injured, but I had a bad cut on my face because my head hit the wind screen. I had forgotten to put on my seat belt. An ambulance took me to the hospital where I had to have five stiches and took a rest for some hours. Rehabilitation is one of the main things they should get. Instead of punishing drug users in prisons, the government should provide rehabilitation for them. Most users are actually victims of persuasive peddlers and they suffer from consuming the drugs. Therefore, by rehabilitating them, we are actually helping them out from traps, which they might accidentally step on. If we only arrest drug users and send them to jail, this doesn't solve the problem as drug users will still be addicted unless proper rehabilitation is imposed to them. Providing rehabilitation programs for drug users and forcing them to participate in the programs is better than only arresting them and doing nothing to their illness. Only drug dealers, traffickers, and wholesalers should be imprisoned.

The National Police has not decided to launch an investigation into scores of Australian-based websites that were allegedly defaced by Indonesian hackers, a police official has said. The police's Information Technology and Cyber Crime sub-division head, Sr. Comr. RachmadWibowo, said in Jakarta on Tuesday that the investigation would only be conducted if the website's owners filed reports with the National Police. "The damages occurred in Australia and we have not received any confirmation that Indonesian hackers are responsible. We are not pursuing the case because no one has reported anything," Rachmad said in a telephone interview. The hackers, grouped under Anonymous Indonesia, claimed they had defaced more than 100 Australian sites to protest Australia's alleged role in US-led spying activities in Indonesia. On the defaced sites, the hackers put messages reading "Stop spying on Indonesia" and "Tell on your government, stop illegal spying to Indonesia". While the government has discouraged the hacking activities, House of Representatives deputy speaker Priyo Budi Santoso and a senior official at the Youth and Sports Ministry have thrown their support behind the hackers.
