Barrier • Male Condom - a thin sheath made of Method… latex, polyurethane that catches and holds sperm before it can travel into a woman’s uterus.
• Female Condom - is an elongated polyurethane sac used to cover the cervix and prevent sperm from entering the uterus.

• Cervical Cap - flexible latex rubber and shaped like a thimble cervical cap must be fitted by a health-care professional and it should also be used with a spermicide.

Surgical • Sterilization.. Vasectomy - each of the two vas
