HISTORY TAKING 

Main complaint: uretra is abnormality location Alloanamnesa: The patient was coming to Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Departement Bahteramas Hospital with uretra is abnormality location since birth. No disfungction when the patient urinate and the penis difficult to erection. There was no pain.  



There was no history of illness during pregnancy. There was history of previous medication with testosteron 25 mg IM There was no the same complaint in family

Theory HYPOSPADIA

DEFINISI 

Hipospadia didefinisikan sebagai anomali yang melibatkan aspek ventral penis. Malformasi ini terutama terdiri dari abnormal saluran ventral meatus uretra, kelengkungan ventral penis yang abnormal (chordee), dan atau distribusi kulit khatan yang abnormal.

Epidemiologi RS. Sanglah Bali yaitu 53 kasus

RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandau manado pada periode januari 2009- Oktober 2010 ditemukan 17 kasus

2,0-43,2 kasus per 10.000 kelahiran
