I put this together to hopefully clear up who's surfing and who is not. The three colums relating to raids are the attendence percentages over the last month. The skill rating is my own three level system to evaluate members as I see them.

My Rating scale Good player, is playing to my expectations, don't mistake this rank to mean perfect though. Some in it have things to work on, but I'm confident they'll get it figured out without one of us needing to help them. Needs work, someone will probally need to support/help them.
