Scantron Procedures Please request your scantron forms from Ms. Spencer at least 48 hours in advance via email. (If you need to see the forms that are available please drop by room 210.) 1.
Scantron forms are to be corrected using the Scantron machine in room 210. The machine can not be moved from room to room. 2.
Please refer to the quick reference guide for assistance on how to create an answer key and how to score the student sheets. 3.

If in doubt about how to use a feature or if you are unsure about anything regarding the machine…please, please, please ask Ms. Spencer. 5.
Cover the scantron when you are finished.
