PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE AND PICANTE SAUCE DIP 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 6 to 8 tbsp. picante sauce 5 heaping tbsp. salad dressing 2 tsp. minced onion (heaping) Dash of onion salt Dash of salt Cream cheese until smooth. Add picante sauce and blend well. Add other ingredients. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------SPICY PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE 2 tbsp. peanut oil 1/2 onion, minced 2 tbsp. garlic, minced 2 tsp. ginger, minced 1 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter 1/2 tsp. ground coriander 2 tbsp. ketchup 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice Dash hot sauce Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until soft. Cook until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, coriander, ketchup, lemon and hot sauce. Blend until smooth and set aside for use with chicken. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sauce chili-moutarde Ingr�dients 120 mL de sauce chili 1 c. � table de moutarde � l'ancienne Huile d'olive 2 gousses d'ail �minc�es Pr�paration Faites revenir l'ail dans un peu d'huile � feu moyen et retirer d�s qu'il commence � dorer; M�langez tous les ingr�dients. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------Trempette � l'aneth et aux c�pres Temps de pr�paration: 10 minutes. Portions: 6 Ingr�dients

3 oignons verts �minc�s (ou 2 �chalotes fran�aises) 200 mL de cr�me sure 20 c�pres �minc�es 2 c. � table d'aneth frais �minc� 2 c. � th� de jus de citron fra�chement press� 1 c. � th� de bouillon de boeuf Poivre (au go�t) Pr�paration Vous pouvez faire tomber les oignons dans un peu de beurre (c'est ce que j'ai fait hier), ou encore les mettre frais dans la pr�paration; M�langez tous les ingr�dients en mettant un peu moins de ceci et un peu plus de cela, au go�t :-)
