SUGGESTIONS ØBusiness Standard Ltd. should conduct a series of programs like business quiz etc. among management student and Institution of twin cities. ØThe company should focus on retention of customers because getting a new customer is more costly.

LIMITATION OF STUDY ØThe study have been completed in 45 days. This is not sufficient to do a survey in the twin city of Hyderabad and Secundrabad. ØThe sample size chosen is limited to 100 respondents; the study may not be applicable to the total market. ØThe data collected may not be a representation of the entire population.
