EMILIO AGUINALDO COLLEGE CAREGIVING NC II RULES AND REGULATIONS         

Trainer shall serve as the Program Facilitators 7s shall be observed at all times Wear your ID at all times when inside the campus or within school premises with appropriate uniform Mobile phones must be in silent mode when you are inside the workshop areas Electronics devices are not allowed to be charges in school premises Smoking is strictly prohibited in school campus Problems or issues concerning to the learning deliver or other school related concerns must immediately be reported to the trainer or designated personnel Students are required to attend their class on time. Required to present this booklet to his/her trainer daily for monitoring of performance.

General Appearance:  Female/Male Trainees – There is the prescribed gray colored scrub suit uniform, white undershirt, white shoes and white socks for the lecture days. Non-wearing of this prescribed uniform will mean a fine of excused absence equivalent to one day make up. Attendance  Check-in Time – All students must report to the class at exact time of start of classes. Morning schedule of classes starts at 8:00 am while afternoon classes officially start at 5:00 pm.  Tardiness (reporting to the class after 8:00 am or 5:00 pm). Tardiness or more than 30 minutes to one (1) hour at one given time is considered excused absence.  Absence. An absence may be either excused or unexcused. o Excused absence is one which is due to any of the following causes:  Severe illness of the students concerned migraine, headache, dysmenorrhea and minor abdominal discomforts are not included unless recommended by the school physician.  Force majeure like typhoon, earthquake and other calamities whereby the student’s residence is directly or indirectly affected.  Death of an immediate relative (parent, grandparent, sibling, spouse, offspring)  Any other conditions not mentioned in these guidelines but is/are considered excused absence in EAC guidelines. o Unexcused absence is one in which is caused by conditions not included in classification of excused absences.  Failure to notify the teacher prior to absence  Failure to submit an excuse letter or a medical certificate after absence. o Since the program is limited to six (6) months lecture and one (1) month On-the-Job training (OJT), the students is courage to finish the program before leaving for other business. o For those students who are almost finished their modules, they are required to submit clearance for the faculty to evaluate their status.
