OBJECTIVE: Come up with a consensus on key political and electoral reform agenda or issues that will be the basis of engaging the national candidates in the 2010

To know the broad context of the reform area needed in identifying the urgent and most critical agenda and/ or issues that will resonate to the voters and can serve as a take-off point of the discussion What are the agenda and issues that are urgent, most critical and will resonate to the voters based on the inputs, the analyses of our respective organizations and based on our discussion? If there are more than three (3) agenda/ issues identified in the discussion, the agenda/ issues shall be prioritized according to the: • the level of convergence on the agenda/ issue • the should level ofwe divergence on the agenda/ How ask the candidates about issue the identified priority agenda/ issues that will somehow test the credibility and authenticity of their answers?
Output: Agenda/ Issue Papers • What are the priority agenda/ issues identified?
