Few important features of this machine are: 1. No contact with label surface at the time of heat exposure/shrinking – Works on PET/PVC/HD bottles 2. Rotation of bottles on fixtures to ensure uniform heat exposure on the surface – No “Bleeding / Deforming” 3. High Speed throughput - Up to 60 per minute depending on profile 4. Difficult profiles / Shapes can be shrink sleeved with good finishing due to Infra-red heaters. 5. Infra-red heaters placed according to the profile of bottles for specific – localized shrinkage (e.g. neck area) 6. Accurate speed controls for conveyor and rotation by Variable frequency drive and AC geared motor 7. Dual heating Zone with independent temperature setting to ensure pre-shrinking and final finishing 8. Convenience of placement of bottles/shrink sleeves on the fixtures for full body sleeves. 9. St. Steel worktable of 6 feet length provided on front side to accommodate 4 to 5 people. 10. Variable Speed Blower motor ensures controlled air-velocity for shrinkage. 11. Emergency cranking lever provided in case of sudden power failure. 12. Viewing Window can be provided on specific request.
