Re:
Project Administrator positions
Please accept this resume as my application for employment with EOS as advertised in the Fort Nelson News, October 7, 2009 issue. I was born and raised in Fort Nelson and I belong to a large Métis family that has roots to the Old Fort settlement across the river. After attending college and pursuing a career in communications, I returned home in 2006 to be closer to my family and learn about the local oil and gas / construction industries. For almost three years, I’ve been employed as a Pipeline Project Administrator for industry clients across BC and Alberta. My personality is well-suited to the position and I enjoy the inherent challenges of working in remote areas and camp environments for extended periods of time. I like being part of the crew and I place a high regard on being organized, thorough and versatile. I am reliable, flexible and adaptable and always quick to laugh, always quick to learn and always quick to get the time and billing in. As mentioned, my professional experience also includes over ten years of project management and coordination in the communications industry so my skillset is varied and highly transferrable to new tasks and responsibilities. I’ve attached my resume for your perusal and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks again for your consideration.
1
Sincerely,
Roshan (Bobbie) Nelson
