Size: One size Yarn: Mohair: Vivaldi - color 08. 50g/280m (1,8 oz/306 yds) Silver thread: 25g / 145 m (0,9oz / 158 yds). Hooks: 2,5 & 4 mm (C & G US) Gauge: 11 tr x 6 rows = 10x10 cm (4”x4”). Caplet: With mohair: Ch 142, Row 1: Work 1 sc in the second st from the hook, and across – 141 sc. Change to silver thread. Ch 1, turn. Row 2: Work 141 sc across. Change to mohair, ch 3, turn. Row 3: Work 141 dc across. Ch 5, turn ( = 1 tr + 1 ch each row). Row 4: Skip first st, 1 tr. Continue to work * ch1, skip 1 st, 1tr * across = 71 tr. Ch 5, turn. Row 5: Work 1 tr in the first ch-1 space, continue to work * ch1, 1tr in the next ch-1 space * across. End with 1 tr in the last tr from previous row = 72 tr. Ch 5, turn. Rows 6 - 16: Same as row 5. Last row will have 83 tr. Row 17: Ch 3, work 164 dc across = 165 dc. Change to silver yarn, ch1, turn. Row 18: Work 165 sc across. Change to mohair, ch1, turn. Row 19: Work 165 sc across. Cut thread.
Edging: Attach mohair to upper left corner, and start with the edging. Crochet the edging on the sides and on the bottom part of the caplet as shown in the picture: Work 1 sc in the corner, Continue to work * skip 2 sts, work 3 dc, 3 tr, 3dc in the 3’rd st. Skip 2 sts, 1 sc in the 3’rd st. *. Repeat *-* across the sides and lower part of the caplet, as shown in the picture.

String: Attach mohair in the left upper corner, ch for approx. 40 cm (16 ins), sl st in the 6’t st from the hook. Continue to work 12 sc around circle, sl st in the first sc. Next row: work *1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in the next st *. Repeat *-* around circle 11 times = 12 flower petals. Continue to work sc on the string, and work your way up to the caplet where you started. Crochet a string in the upper right side in the same way.
Small flower: With smaller hook and silver yarn, ch 6, sl st to create circle. Ch3 (=1dc), Row 1: Work 11 dc around circle = 12 dc. Change to mohair. Ch3, Row 2:Work 2 dc in each st = 24 dc. Change to silver. Ch1, Row 3: Work * 1sc, ch2, skip 1 st*. Repeat *-* around circle = 12 bows. Change to mohair. Ch1, Row 4: Work *3 dc, 3 tr, 3 dc in the first bow, 1 sc in the next bow*. Repeat *-* around circle = 6 flower petals. Cut thread, weave in ends.
Large flower: With smaller hook and silver yarn, ch 6, sl st to create circle. Row 1: Work 12 sc around circle. Change to mohair. Ch 3 (=1 dc), Row 2: Work 2 dc in each st – 24 dc. Change to silver yarn. Ch1, Row 3: Work * 1 sc, 2 sc in the next st *. Repeat *-* around circle = 36 sc. Change to mohair. Ch1, Row 4: Work 36 sc around circle. Ch 3, Row 5: Work *2 dc in the first st, 1 dc in the next st *. Repeat around circle = 54 dc. Ch1, Row 6: Work * 1sc, ch2. skip one st, 1 sc *. Repeat *-* around circle = 26 bows. Round 7: In the first bow, work * 3 dc, 3 tr, 3 dtr, 3 tr, 3 dc, 1 sc in the next bow *. Repeat *-* around circle = 13 flower petals. The flowers can be put on top of each other as shown in the picture, or arrange as desired. Sew on to a pin, or directly on to the caplet.
