Company RoadStar Services Limited is engaged in the business of operating 24 hours air conditioned Radio Taxi services under the brand name Road Star. The service is based on the systems operational in Dubai, Singapore, London and other European countries. We take great pride in providing our customers with an efficient and a reliable cab service comparable to the best anywhere in the world.

The group possesses the resource to enhance investment in the business as and when required whether in augmenting the fleet or manpower or in any other area of relevance providing great support to our operations. Mega Cabs is the largest operator licensed by the Delhi Government, Chandigarh Administration to run a Radio Taxi services on international standard in India. RoadStar.com - The one stop shop for all your travel needs, RoadStar, has revolutionized the surface transport system in certain cities by pioneering a computerized communication & dispatch system with GPS (Global Positioning System) based online tracking systems for licensed radio taxis & car rentals. STRATEGIES  Talk to a number of vehicle mechanics and/or vehicle service centers for locating vehicle owners.

 Identify and talk to individuals and groups who have more cars than they need at one point of time. Convert the owners into partners on profit sharing basis. Tie up with existing transport service providers. Tie up with old car dealers. Using CNG s a way of eco-friendly travels. Identify and serve to the car rental needs from economy and compact car models, to convertibles, SUVs, and minivans as well as specialty cars and trucks.  Customers can join the company's "club" or other sort of program, and the company maintains an online file for their personal information (driver license data, charge-card number, car preferences, and insurance preferences, frequent visits etc).  In-car GPS systems: RoadStar Services Ltd. will also move into GPS guidance in a big way, with portable units. The GPS will provide step-bystep guidance to addresses, hotels, attractions, status of the car.  Unlimited "free" mileage: Smaller companies sometimes slap on a mileage cap, above which they assess some fairly stiff mileage charges. Here at RoadStar Services Ltd. we provide customized services as per need. Customers can avail any of the schemes from our basket of packages which can be modified according to the requirements of customers.

Our cars will be of international standard that are increasingly visible on the streets of major Indian metros. Comfortable, air-conditioned, responsive and professional, these 24x7 services are accessible on a single central number. On receiving a call for a pick-up, the reservation centre uses its GPRS screen to direct the nearest available taxi to the client and informs him of the time the taxi is expected to take to reach him. While several cities have on-call cabs with radio communication devices, only taxis equipped with GPRS monitors and two-way communication systems with the central reservation centre will give us added advantage in operation. COMPETITON Although there are companies are already in the game, the lack of reliable, safe transport, multiple services in the cities still makes ours a viable business option. "There are about 55,000 metered taxis in Mumbai, 18,000 in Kolkata and 4,500 in Delhi. Auto-rickshaws number 30,000 in Delhi and 15,000 in Mumbai. But no matter where you are, you'll find taxis and autos badly maintained and the drivers autocratic. Many refuse to ply by the meter, others refuse to go to the destination of your choice. Safety is also a major concern, with robberies and even murders by taxi-drivers reported occasionally. None of these problems can be wished away overnight. RoadStar would thus address a very real need and may even serve as a model for public transport.

RoadStar Services Ltd. RoadStar Services Ltd. offers a variety of cars, vans and 4 wheel drive vehicles in the Indian market ranging from Maruti Wagon R to the New S-class Mercedes Benz. All cars have carefully selected safety and comfort related accessories in keeping with the category of the car and requirements of the clients.

Chauffeur Drive Our chauffeurs are experienced, groomed, trained and police verified. A 24 hours "Yes Sir Service" is maintained 365 days a year. Special co-ordination and systems are in place for handling large requirements like delegations, conferences, weddings & events. Each car in the executive segment comes equipped with the following:

ECO Rent RoadStar Services Ltd. started a new package called “ECO Rent A- Car” which offers not just a car but a complete solution tailor-made to all your executive/guest transportation needs. The rates are kept at an ECOnomical level.

Self Drive Packages Even though the car rental market in India is largely chauffeur drive, RoadStar Services Ltd. offers both chauffeur and self drive packages to its clients. The chauffeur drive product offers the customer a car for local running, airport transfers or outstation trips on a time and mileage basis. With self drive, the customers can choose from the daily limited mileage, 3 or more days unlimited mileage, weekly or monthly packages. RoadStar Services Ltd. has also introduced one way rentals between certain cities, for e.g. Kolkata – Asansol or Kolkata –Haldia or Kolkata – Siliguri and vice versa.

Driving Lessons With our well trained drivers we will be providing driving lessons necessary to our customers. This will help in making journey by road much safer for the country. This will help in leveraging the resources we have in both Human and cars, utilizing them to their maximum abilities.

RoadStar Services Ltd. also offers long term rentals or fleet management services to corporate clients, i.e. rental of cars on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis with options of self or chauffeur drive, with or without fuel and maintenance for a predetermined mileage for the month. This product would be customized and offered to organizations that would like to outsource the fleet management services for their vehicles.

One-way rates Here at RoadStar Services Ltd. we also have schemes like “One-way rate” for frequent business class people. If from Durgapur a client want to go to Netaji Subhas Bose Terminal at Kolkata to catch a flight why to pay rental for Durgapur to Kolkata and then again back to Durgapur. We have the best scheme available for them “One-way rate”.

REPAIRING FACILITIES We will be providing car repairing and maintenance to our customers if someone encounters problem with their car in the middle of the road. This will help us in building our brand which will be endearing to the customers.

The fuel services Everybody likes choices. Here with RoadStar Services Ltd. the client has flexibility to decide whether to refill his/her own tank or leave it to us. To minimize fuel costs clients can rent the car with a full tank and return it full.

Insurance Protection From our flexible insurance schemes clients can purchase any of the optional coverages and protect him / her against accidental injuries and / or damage or theft of rental vehicle.

MP3 Accessories Some Budget cars are equipped with manufacturer-installed iPod-compatible chargers and docks at a minimum extra charge. Due to limited supply, these vehicles are to be reserved beforehand.

All our customers may avail the insurance coverage service while travelling in our car. Proactive vehicle maintenance is done to minimize breakdowns & avoid costly apologies. Mobile phone can be provided to the customer at an extra charge. Cars are also available on monthly / yearly contracts at attractive rentals. Attractive discounts will be given on bulk bookings.
