Memoradum of Cooperation Between The Colorado Office of Economic Development International Trade and The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products With a view towards increasing mutual understanding and friendly cooperation between Chinese and Colorado companies and organizations, the Colorado Office of Economic Development International Trade (referred to as the OEDIT hereafter) and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Machinery & Electronic Products (referred to as CCCME hereafter) agree to enter into a Memorandum of Cooperation with the following objectives based on friendly discussions on September 10th, 2009, in Denver, Colorado. 1. The OEDIT and CCCME have the common objective of promoting an expansion of trade and investment between Colorado and Chinese machinery and electronics industries in particular pertaining to renewable energy, clean technology, information and communication technology, and biosciences; and 2. On a regular basis, both parties will exchange information about trade and investment opportunities specific to the key industries of: renewable energy, clean technology, information communication technology, and bioscience; and 3. Both parties will assist each other to disseminate information about opportunities for cooperation to the appropriate entities; and 4. Both parties will exchange trade delegations, and assist each other in arranging visits, providing market research, and organizing economic and trade seminars, business talks and other necessary business activities; and 5. Both parties will provide each other with information about the main international exhibitions and trade fairs that will be held in their respective territories for promoting bilateral trade and investment in the machinery and electronics sector. This Memorandum is signed in both Chinese and English in duplicate, all texts being equally authentic.
