DISEÑO Y MANUFACTURA DE SISTEMA SEMI-AUTOMATIZADO PARA CORTE CON OXIACETILENO. Resumen

El proyecto denominado diseño y manufactura de sistema semi-automatizado para corte con oxiacetileno que se llevó a cabo en la empresa de Aprodisa México S.A de C.V nace de una problemática al momento de cortar las placas de diferentes dimensiones y diferentes grosores además hay una máquina llamada tortuga de corte esta es conocida también como sapo de corte esta puede realizar cortes de placas pero solo cortes lineales, fue ahí donde surgió la idea que una máquina similar a esta pueda realizar cortes curvos y linéales siguiendo solamente trazos de los trabajadores, esta máquina ara que pueda disminuir tiempos y gastos innecesarios, por otro lado se calcularon los tiempos de corte con el sapo de corte y soplete manual además de tardar más con el soplete manual no son exactos y tienen que rectificarse con la fresadora para cuadrar las piezas el proyecto se realizó de manera satisfactoria y los datos obtenidos se entregaron a la empresa para valorar los cambios que pudieran realizarse. El proyecto que se realizó servirá de apoyo a la empresa para mejorar y lograr que el trabajo realizado se pueda hacer en un tiempo mínimo y reducir los gastos económicamente.

DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF SEMI-AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR CUTTING WITH OXYACETILENE. Abstract

The project called design and manufacture of semi-automated system for cutting with oxyacetylene that was carried out in the company of Aprodisa Mexico SA de CV arises from a problem when cutting the plates of different dimensions and different thicknesses there is also a machine called turtle cutting is also known as cutting toad this can make cuts of plates but only linear cuts, was where the idea arose that a machine similar to this can make curved cuts and lines following only traces of workers, this machine that can reduce unnecessary times and expenses, on the other hand the cutting times were calculated with the cutting toad and manual torch, besides taking more time with the manual torch are not exact and they have to be rectified with the milling machine to square the pieces. Performed satisfactorily and the data obtained was delivered to the company to assess the changes that could be done. The project that was carried out will support the company to improve and achieve that the work done can be done in a minimum time and reduce costs economically.
